Here you can see European students in action during the short blended mobilities in Portugal, Spain and France.

The trainees selected, introduced to the “Learning by competing” concept, participate in groups in the Robotics competitions and are evaluated while they compete.

Round Table Results
After consulting information on each mobility, have a look the Round Table Results. All partners, led by CONFORM, invited an External Group of Experts from each country to discuss the pilot testing and its main findings.

The FIRST MOBILITY was held from 24th to 28th January 2022 in Espinho, Portugal with the involvement of 35 students and 7 teachers to test the first two modules developed by the partnership and related to: Assembly and control of the robot and Line tracking robots.

CEPROF was the host organization leader for this week. Due to COVID-19 measures and the restrictions to travel in the partners’ countries, the consortium decided to change the first mobility to an online format.

Participants were divided into 7 teams who challenged each other during the competition on the last day.

The winning team was the Girls from Externato Oliveira Martins – Portugal

2nd Place – “BetteRobot” – Liceo Statale Alfano 1, Italy
3rd Place – “Boys of the Desert” – IIS Euganeo, Italy

During the mobility, students, teachers and VET Schools were involved in robotic subjects and courses that allowed them to acquire and develop enough knowledge related to the subject and the objectives of the project.

If you want to try to assemble and programme your own robot in your classroom, you should use this model for Micro:bit online software.

The SECOND MOBILITY was held from 14th to 18th March 2022 in Madrid, Spain with the involvement of 38 students and 12 teachers to test the module 3 developed by the partnership and related to: Ultrasonic Follow Robot.

DEFOIN was the host organization leader for this week. Due to COVID-19 measures and the restrictions to travel in the partners’ countries, the consortium decided to change the first mobility to an online format.

The challenge continued with the 7 teams participating with their robots.

The winning team was the Salernitana team – Liceo Statale Alfano I, Italy

2nd Place- “BetteRobot” – IIS Euganeo, Italy
3rd Place – “Boys of the Desert” – IIS Euganeo, Italy

Future of Robotics

Module 3: “Ultrasonic Follow Robot”

The THIRD MOBILITY was held from 16th to 20th March 2022 in Paris, France with the involvement of 32 students and 9 teachers to test the final module developed by the partnership and related to: Remote Control of the Robot.

Honoré de Balzac Model United Nations was the host organization leader for this week. This was the first mobility where all the international students participated physically as the pandemic situation had slightly abated.

The final challenge for the international teams came to a close.

The winning team was the Timidos team – Externato Oliveira Martins – Portugal!

2nd Place – “Black Dragons Team” – IES Vista Alegre, Spain
3rd Place – “We Don´t Know Team” – IIS Euganeo, Italy
